Where It Started
Our team’s AI-assisted call audit platform was selected for funding under a Dai-ichi Life Japan innovation initiative.
Since the project had company-wide visibility, the launch needed more than just an announcement mail. It needed a rollout people would notice, remember and stay curious about.
Instead of revealing the platform immediately, I built the launch around teaser communication and countdown-based reveals.
The goal was simple:
Make a technical internal project feel exciting enough for people to actually pay attention to it.
The rollout started with:
“Watch This Space” countdown mailers and futuristic AI-led visuals
The Idea
I designed the complete communication ecosystem around the project, including:
teaser mailers
reveal creatives
standees and kiosk displays
laptop screensavers
and launch event creatives
The idea was to make the rollout feel visually consistent across every touchpoint.
Building The Launch
To make the rollout feel more connected internally, I aligned one Tau-G WOW series with the Drona AI launch.
The idea was to let Tau-G “train” AI before the platform’s official reveal, so the character world and the launch story moved together.
It made the platform feel less like a standalone announcement and more like part of the same internal narrative.
Extending The Launch
