The Problem

Here, creativity meets opportunity. Whatever you're building, we're here to help you take the first step with confidence. Driven by curiosity and built on purpose, this is where bold thinking meets thoughtful execution. Let’s create something meaningful together.Operations Training had very little visibility across the company. Most communication felt process-heavy, functional and easy to ignore.

The goal was simple:
Make training communication feel more familiar, engaging and memorable.

Where It Started?

One evening, Amitabh Sir noticed a few ghost doodles in my notebook and asked if I could develop one into a larger character concept for Operations Training.

I explored different versions, glasses, headphones, ties, coats and different personalities, trying to figure out which one felt the most memorable.

But after looking at all of them, the pagdi version was the one I rooted for.

He felt warm, familiar and approachable without feeling overly corporate.

That character eventually became Tau-G.

Building Tau-G

Tau-G was designed to feel:

  • wise, but approachable

  • playful, but grounded

  • familiar, not corporate

The idea was never to create a mascot.

It was to create a character people would enjoy seeing repeatedly.

Creating A World Around Him

Tau-G evolved beyond a character into a recurring communication system through formats like WOW Pages & Purpose and KnowNow, while also becoming the face of product launches, process updates, system enhancements and key departmental communication.

Over time, he expanded into launch campaigns, kiosk displays, festive editions and merchandise.

The goal was simple: make learning feel lighter, more accessible and a little more memorable.

After almost a year, Tau-G evolved into a full 3D character for the new financial year.

I developed the direction for the transition and coordinated with an external agency to bring the character to life visually.

The 3D Evolution

Tau-G quietly became my introduction to creative direction and strategy long before I even knew those were actual career paths.

It taught me:

  • how to build recurring content systems

  • how to maintain consistency without becoming repetitive

  • how small cultural tweaks keep brands feeling fresh

  • and how familiarity shapes engagement more than people realize

Most importantly, it taught me that building a character is never the end of the process.

It’s the beginning of building a world around it.
